- This intense course is designed for early stage companies with revenue or with a product ready for official launch.
- Seminars are presented by a group of seasoned executives and consultants with a track record for securing venture capital on behalf of start-ups and early stage firms.
- In 2008 and 2009 the seminar team has been involved with a variety of VC and early stage transactions between $1-7 million.
- With a combination of talented B-School professors, technologists and entrepreneurs, this interactive process will provide your team with the real nuts and bolts of obtaining venture capital.
- Pitch the VC Event will include venture capital and angel investors.

How does this compare to other “Raising VC money Seminars?”
Seasoned professionals take the lead in course instruction, industry leaders who have founded businesses, marketed their firms to VCs, raised capital and sold their companies. After completing this specialized coursework, participants are then marketed to VC’s (by the course instructors.)
Why is it limited to 25 companies?
One of the objectives of the course is to offer hands on, one on one interaction. By limiting participation, we feel we can offer the most value for early stage firms.
Can I attend individual sessions?
If there is an opening available, we will let interested parties know in advance.
Can anyone from my company participate?
We strongly encourage all executives and/or members of the founding team to join.
What if I have already tried to raise funds but was unsuccessful?
We believe there are all kinds of opportunities for a second time at bat, but we would like to know that before the course starts so we can ascertain the value the course will provide you.
I have a great “concept” that I am working on – can I still attend?
The course is specifically designed for Early Stage firms – This means you must have generated company revenue OR have recently launched a new product. This is not designed for seed or very startup investments.
Will I be “VC Ready” once I complete the course?
If you complete all the required work, YES!
